At Hogans Cottages we understand that cash-flow and knowing exactly when you will receive payments are very important issues in running your holiday home. We send payments to all owners on the 30th of each month and we NEVER delay payments. This means that if a holiday starts on the 25th August, the amount received from our customers, less our commission, will be sent to you to arrive on the 30th of August.
We treat our customers and our home owners with integrity and honesty at all times and will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns. That's one reason why many of our UK owners have been with us for over 15 years and why many of our Irish owners from 2011 have signed-up again for 2012.
